Caleb Fields
Director of Baseball Operations
Caleb attended Ascension school, is a youth Bronco/PONY alum and was an All-State infielder for Fenwick High School. He captained the Northwestern baseball team and was an All-Big 10 selection in 2006. In 2007, Caleb was drafted by the Pittsburgh Pirates organization where he played two seasons. He played in 2009 for the Rockford Riverhawks of the Frontier League. He has supervised youth camps for over 10 years in various sports and helped run a baseball academy on the North Shore with over 600 kids attending.

Dan Kane
Director of Camp Operations

Dan Kane attended Ascension school and Oak Park River Forest High School. He has been coaching Basketball and Soccer since 2002 at St. Giles School in North Oak Park. He has also been running after-school, summer and holiday camps that include soccer, volleyball, multi-sport camps, dodgeball, kickball and various other sports. Dan graduated from Marquette University in 2007 with a BA in Broadcasting.




Erin Dyer
Director of Softball Operations

Attended Lockport Township High School, played Softball for the Porters earning All-state / All-area selections, and a 2004 State Championship. Played for excellent travel organizations such as the Orland Park Sparks & Whiteford Sharks throughout her youth. Became a four-year starter for the Northwestern Softball Team as a catcher/outfielder and made two trips to the Women’s College World Series in 2006 & 2007. Known most for her two outs, two strikes, game-tying solo homerun in the bottom of the 7th vs. Alabama that led to an NU win in the first round of the 2006 WCWS. She was a part of two Big Ten championships in 2006 & 2008 finishing her collegiate career currently ranked 7th in Big Ten history with a total 44 home runs. She has coached, organized and supervised countless softball camps and clinics, and given individual lessons in hitting, catching, & fielding work. She has an intense passion for the game of softball and enjoys sharing that passion with young and upcoming softball players.

Trainers

Matt Bolt

Played for Lyons Township High School leading them to a state championship while being named First Team All-State by the Chicago Tribune, Sun-Times, and the Coaches Association. Played 4 years at ISU, named First Team All-Missouri Valley Conference. Graduated with a degree in small business management and entrepreneurship.  Played with Caleb on Prairie Gravel Summer Team that won a National Championship.  Currently married and Assistant Varsity Baseball Coach at Benet Academy.


Grant Bellak

After prepping at Aurora Christian High School, Coach Bellak played two seasons at Waubonsee Community College where he finished 6th in the NJCAA in stolen bases during his sophomore year.  After attending Waubonsee, Coach Bellak transferred to Webster University in St. Louis, Missouri where he participated in two NCAA regionals. Coach Bellak joined the Webster coaching staff as a student assistant helping coach the outfielders and hitters.  While on the Gorlok staff, Coach Bellak worked directly with an ABCA Division III All American outfielder as well as two all conference outfielders.  After graduating from Webster with B.A. in Education in May 2009, Coach Bellak was hired as an assistant coach for the Dubois County Bombers of the Prospect League (formerly the Central Illinois Collegiate League). Currently Coach Bellak is a member of Concordia University Chicago’s coaching staff where his responsibilities include outfielders, assisting with hitters and recruiting.

Jackie Clark 

Attended Leyden High School and  played for the Oak Park Huskies and Elk Grove Heat travel teams.  She played her collegiate softball at Culver-Stockton College, an NAIA school .  There she was named second team all conference 3 out of her 4 years, along with an honorable mention.  She played a variety of positions, with her primary being second base.  She has helped with coaching, clinics, and is currently the assistant softball coach at Dominican University.  

Megan Kiefer

An alumna of the Oak Park Windmills, Megan attended Oak Park River Forest High School, where the softball team took home the 2005 State Championship. She graduated from Smith College as a 3 sport athlete in cross country, basketball, and softball, earning 2007 Rookie of the Year and 2008 Athlete of the Year accolades. During her collegiate career as a 3rd baseman and shortstop, she was named to the Division III NEWMAC All-Conference, 1st team New England All-Region, and NEISCA All-New England teams. In addition to acting as the head coach of the 2009 Oak Park Falcons 14U travel softball team, she has helped organize and coach numerous individual and team skills camps and hitting specific clinics.
