WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU...

 TEAM TRAINING

Two to three trainers will run a practice for a team that will include specific discussion and drills for all facets of the game of baseball.  Special detail will be given to footwork and mechanics that are difficult to practice during the season as a team. For example: Discussion of lead-offs and base-running, with two drills incorporating those skills

GROUP HITTING LESSONS (ages 6 and up)

Two to four kids will be with one or two coaches for one hour time slots.  Work will be done off of tees, short toss, and live coach’s pitching.

PRIVATE HITTING LESSONS (ages 8 and up)

These are one-on-one, half-hour hitting lessons with a coach. Work will be done off of tees, short toss, and live pitching and will give a coach the opportunity to break down the player’s swing more effectively with unique drills for that player.

 MINI-CAMPS

Mini-Camps are a very handy way to focus on different facets of the game in small time periods.  They can focus on a variety of areas (Pitching, Catching, Infield, Outfield, Hitting, etc.), but also in a variety of time slots (Holidays, Pre-tryout periods, Week-ends, etc.).  Mini-Camps are also a great way of getting large groups of players together for group instruction and drill-work.

EARLY-CHILDHOOD CLASSES (ages 4-6)

These classes are focused on those children that are in school for half-day Kindergarten and Pre-Kindergarten and will often times meet during the day hours.  (This is a great use of a facility that would otherwise go un-used during the day hours)  These programs include a different fundamental each day, one drill with that fundamental, and a tee-ball game every time the class meets.

INDOOR/OUTDOOR -T-BALL/COACH PITCH LEAGUES (off-season)- ages 7-9

League will have 4-8 teams and will need adequate gym space.  The first fifteen minutes of the hour session will include a discussion of a fundamental and the last portion will be a T-Ball game.

BASEBALL-SPECIFIC SPEED AND AGILITY TRAINING

Training can be done with a large variety of age groups and skill levels.  Most of the work will be done without weights (for the younger kids) and will be very specific to the movements and skills needed for baseball.

Legacy Baseball is an elite baseball training program led by Caleb Fields. Legacy Baseball is devoted to building the complete baseball/softball player. We believe that baseball training is important outside of season competition.
Our instructors have college and professional experience and are dedicated to helping each player reach their full potential in a fun and competitive atmosphere.  Players will be challenged to work on drills and concepts that are age-specific and not always addressed during the season.
